You then play an active role in a movement assessment from head to toe. These specific movements allow us to see your limitations in range of motion and which muscles are not contracting efficiently.
Our goal is to identify your weakest link.
Once your greatest limitation, or inhibited muscles have been identified, the next step is to activate them using palpation.
As the ability for the muscle to contract increases, we typically see an improved range of motion. With that comes a reduction in pain and tightness.
